Electrical Engineer
As an Electrical Engineer you will work with the rest of the product development team to develop large scale water electrolysis systems to produce renewable hydrogen for transportation, energy and power to gas applications. You will be responsible for the design, development and testing of solutions for efficient and robust DC power supply to our PEM electrolyser stacks with connection to various power systems.

Key responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for evaluation and selection of transformer and rectifier solutions for our systems.
- Participate in systems design and engineering processes, as part of cross-functional teams, to define unique electrical architectures
- Engineering design for connections to grids of varying voltages, frequencies and power quality (e.g. connections to off-grid wind or solar)
- Design and develop electrical architecture and system schematics from concept to functional prototype / product
- Produce electrical documentation such as single line diagrams, schematics, panel layouts and nameplate design
- Participate in specification and selection of custom transformers, switchgear, rectifiers and other solutions for highly complex products and projects
Skills and qualification;
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- BSc/MSc in electrical power engineering or similar fields.
- At least 5 years of experience from the power, maritime or process industry sector
- Experience with electrical system and distribution design
- Experience with voltage levels of 400-1000 V and power levels above 1 MW will be considered beneficial for the position
- Experience with design for EMI/EMC and safety compliance – codes and standards knowledge is an asset
- Domain expertise in renewable energy systems, such as wind, solar, hydrogen, battery systems, microgrids and energy management, is advantageous for this position.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and prepared to work in a hectic start-up environment
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to lead projects and to support commercialization of products and manufacturing
- Structured and well-organized and with the ability to keep focus under pressure
